Agreement & Acceptance

When you reach out to book us, pay an advance, or hire us for your wedding, you are agreeing to what is written here.

This covers everything we shoot in Madurai and outside. Photos and videos both.

A booking is confirmed only after we receive your advance payment. Calls, chats, and messages alone do not hold your date.

Booking & Confirmation

We always start with a quick call or meeting before anything is confirmed. Once we are on the same page, you pay the advance and the date is yours. We stop taking enquiries for that day the moment payment is received.

You will hear from us within 48 hours with a confirmation. We do not take too many weddings in a month because we would rather do fewer and do them properly.

Payments & Pricing

We discuss pricing during the consultation. It depends on a few things like how many hours, which city, how many photographers, and what package you go with.

The advance you pay upfront is non-refundable and gets adjusted against your final amount. The balance is due on or before the wedding day unless we have agreed to something else in writing.

If your event runs longer than planned, we will sort out the extra hours at a rate we both agreed on before. For weddings outside Madurai, travel and stay are either billed separately or built into a destination package. We will be clear about this during the consultation.

GST applies on top of everything as required by law.

Whatever price we quote when you book, that is what you pay. We do not revise it later.

Our Responsibilities

We show up on time. We come prepared. We shoot what we said we would shoot.

If something goes wrong with a camera or lens, we carry backups and keep going. Your photos stay backed up on our end until you confirm you have received everything.

The only situation where we might not be able to make it is something completely out of our control. A medical emergency or something like that. If that ever happens, we will either arrange someone equally good or return everything you paid. No questions.

Client Responsibilities

This part matters more than people think.

Send us the full event details at least two weeks before the wedding. Venue address, timings, who to contact on the day, all of it. If there is anything we should know about the family or any customs specific to your wedding, tell us in advance.

Make sure we can get into every location we need to shoot. Have someone introduce us to the coordinator or whoever is managing things on your side. Give us a shot list of the moments that matter most to you.

And please, do not squeeze the portrait session into five minutes. Good photos need a little time and decent light. If the venue has rules about photography, we need to know that too.

Limitation of Liability

We do our absolute best every time. But some things on a wedding day are simply not in our hands.

If a moment is missed because the schedule ran off track, a room was too dark, or we were not given access, that is not something we can be held responsible for. The same goes if delays happened on the client side.

If there is ever a genuine issue with our work, the most we can be held liable for is the amount you paid us. Also worth saying, our photos are how we see your wedding. They are not a minute-by-minute record of the day.

Governing Law

Indian law applies to everything here. If there is ever a dispute, it goes through the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
