How to Book Us

We keep the booking process simple. Here is how it works.

  1. Reach out

    Drop us a WhatsApp or email. Just tell us your wedding date and where it is happening. That is enough to start.

  2. Consultation

    We will have a quick call or meet up. Nothing formal. Just a conversation about your wedding and what you want from the photos.

  3. Proposal

    After that we send you a quote. Simple breakdown of what is included and what it costs.

  4. Confirm

    Pay the booking advance and your date is locked in. No one else gets that day.

  5. Planning

    We stay connected right up to the wedding. Shot lists, pre-wedding shoot, venue visits — whatever helps.

We only take a limited number of weddings every month. If your date matters, do not wait.

Booking Advance

A booking advance is required to hold your date. It is non-refundable.

Here is what it does:

  • It removes your date from availability for everyone else.
  • It gets adjusted against your final invoice. It is not an extra charge.
  • Once we receive it, we turn away all other enquiries for that day.

The advance amount is discussed during the consultation. It is usually between 25 and 40 percent of the total package value.

Cancellation Policy

Life changes. We understand that. Here is how cancellations work.

All cancellations need to be sent in writing. WhatsApp or email. We do not accept verbal cancellations.

Date Postponements

Wedding dates change sometimes. This is what happens when they do.

  • Let us know as early as you can. The sooner we know, the more options we have.
  • We check our calendar for the new date. If we are free, we make it work.
  • If we are available on the new date and it is within 12 months of the original, the advance transfers with no extra cost.
  • If we are not available, the cancellation policy applies.
  • Each booking gets one postponement. A second one is treated as a cancellation.
Plans change. Talk to us early and we will work something out.

If We Cancel (Our Side)

This has not happened in our years of operation. But here is what we would do if something beyond our control forced us to cancel. A medical emergency, for example.

  • We tell you the moment we know.
  • We will do everything we can to find a photographer of similar quality to step in.
  • If we cannot find a suitable replacement and you do not want to reschedule, we refund everything you paid. Within 7 working days.
