Every photograph we take goes through a careful, hand-edited process. We don't use batch auto-editing or AI tools. Each image is looked at individually, colour corrected, and refined until it looks the way it should.
We would rather take 3 more days and deliver photographs you'll love forever, than rush and deliver something ordinary.

1Day 0 Wedding Day
We capture your day
Full coverage as agreed. We stay until the very last moments of the event. Before leaving, all files are backed up to two separate storage devices.

2Days 1–3 Backup & Cull
Every frame reviewed
Everything gets transferred to our editing system. We go through every single frame — the blurry, repeated, or not-good-enough ones get removed. What stays is what actually matters.

3Days 4–20 Editing
Edited one by one
Each photograph is edited individually. Colours, exposure, tones, and retouching wherever it needs it. This takes the most time — and honestly, this is where everything comes together.

4Days 21–25 Review
Internal quality review
We go through the full gallery one more time to check that colours, tones, and quality are consistent across every image. A set of highlights is also prepared at this stage for your early preview.

5Days 25–30 Delivery
Your gallery is delivered
Your complete gallery is sent through a private, password-protected online gallery link. High-resolution files ready to download. You'll get a WhatsApp message and an email the moment it's ready.
Early Sneak Peek
The wait can feel long, especially when you're excited to relive your day. So we send a teaser preview to keep you going.
- Within 3 to 5 days after your wedding, we share 10 to 15 selected highlight photographs via WhatsApp.
- These are lightly edited previews. Final gallery colours and tones may look slightly different.
- Teaser images are for personal viewing and sharing only, not for posting in place of the final gallery.

- 300 to 600 plus photographs depending on event duration and package. The exact count varies per wedding. We focus on quality, not volume.
- Full resolution JPEG files suitable for large format printing.
- A private online gallery link that stays active for 12 months. Please download your files before it expires.
- A small set of the best shots put together for easy sharing.
- Cinematic film or reels if included in your package, delivered within 45 to 60 days.

Sometimes people need their photos faster. Maybe there's a reception coming up, family waiting abroad, or just excitement that can't wait 30 days. We get it.
- Rush delivery is available but it costs extra. If that's something you need, just tell us when you book so we can figure it out together.
- Please let us know during your booking consultation so we can plan for it.
- Rush delivery may result in a slightly smaller gallery since the full editing time is reduced.
